About Us
Community Health Centers of the Central Coast (CHC) is a non-profit, network of fourteen community health centers serving the residents of California's Central Coast. Conviently located throughout northern Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, our committed team of healthcare professionals are dedicated to maintaining your health and well being. We offer, fully accredited medical, dental and mental health services as well as health education and specialty services.

To enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of all people in our service areas through a network of central coast community health centers providing accessible and comprehensive quality health care services.
